Our glass studios will work with customers own verbal, or pictorial briefs, and our artists own skills gained over many years, to create truly unique decorative designs on a range of different glass types.
These designs can combine many different processes
Acid Embossing
(from Opaque White Acid to the soft tones of Satin) along with Mica Stipples, Sponge and Bromesia Textures, enabling a strong variety of complementary textures.Sandblasting
and Deep Carving along with Glue Chipping, Painting and Gilding can add further textures and stunning effects.These enhance the beauty, elegance and excellence of any glass design for use in a variety of settings such as hotels, restaurants, public houses and private homes to create truly unique and beautiful designs.
In addition to creating new and unique designs, our skilled craftsmen can replicate existing designs from fragments of an existing shattered design or from rubbings of an existing design. Exactly matching the original designs.
Our Artists can produce work on a variety of Glasses including Silvered Glass in the case of Mirror work.
Although many pieces are produced for standard vertically glazed work, there are many other applications for decorative work such as Glass Tables, Roof Lights and Roof Lanterns.
Many effects can be incorporated with other decorative glass effects such as lead work, in a variety of finishes along with unique pieces of bevelled glass bonded to the surface of the prime glass, and other coloured decorative effects to enable the customer to receive the final effect that they require.
